Leading Lighting Manufacturer Receives Third EPA Honor in Four Years at Ceremonies Held in Washington, D.C. on March 21st

Riverside, New Jersey (March 21, 2007) – During ceremonies held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. on March 21st, Sea Gull Lighting Products, LLC (www.SeaGullLighting.com) was honored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with the 2007 ENERGY STAR® Sustained Excellence Award for its commitment and promotion of ENERGY STAR® lighting and energy efficiency.


This is the third ENERGY STAR award that Sea Gull Lighting has received from the EPA in the past four years. In 2004 and 2005, Sea Gull Lighting was also named ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award for its efforts to actively develop, distribute, sell and market environmentally-friendly lighting products and ceiling fans that prevent greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption.
 
The ENERGY STAR Sustained Excellence Award is presented only to select organizations that have aggressively fulfilled ENERGY STAR initiatives through the prolonged promotion of its benefits and the ongoing development and introduction of new ENERGY STAR products.
