How do I place an order?
If you have an account with us you can either fax or email us your order. If not, contact Customer Service to find a rep or distributer in your area.
How do I cancel and order?
Once an order has been placed we can´t always stop shipment but we will do our best. Email your request to Customer Service. Write "Cancel Order" in the subject line along with the purchase order number. We will respond as soon as possible.
My fixture arrived with broken glass. How do I get replacement glass?
You can email or fax us with the item number, purchase order number, a brief explanation of what happened and your contact information.
How do I return an item?
You can either email or fax your RGA request. Include the original purchase order number, the reason for the return and your contact information.
Can I look up price, availability, follow my orders and getting tracking off your website?
Yes! Please call us with your account number and we will set you up with Dealer Insite. This only takes one to two minutes of your time
