Ambiance electronic transformers have soft start circuitry which increases lamp life. They emit no audible noise, are moisture and shock resistant, employ automatically resetting short circuit protection, and are dimmable using an electronic low-voltage (ELV) dimmer. 8' power cord with quick connect plug and in-line switch. 36" output cord with a self piercing connector included that snaps easily onto Ambiance Lx cable and track. New and improved transformer case/enclosure: An electrically isolated, flame resistant, UL 2108 approved plastic enclosure. Maximum operating temperatures of -20°C to +90°C. No minimum load, ideal for shorter runs of Lx LED festoons. Also allows for longer runs without noticeable voltage drop, up to 20' from the transformer to the last festoon.
