Sea Gull Lighting's Fire barrier lighting products are designed specifically for residential and commercial applications that require floor/ceilings to be one hour fire-rated. One recessed housing replaces the traditional field installed, fire resistant drywall fire barrier, simplifying the approval process for building inspectors, plus, the easy to install design reduces installation cost, time and the number of required subcontractors. Ideal for multi-family dwellings such as apartment buildings, assisted living communities, and medical facilities. |
